Prohibited Items

WHAT ITEMS ARE YOU PROHIBITED FROM POSTING?

In compliance with the international regulations and best practices of both postal and courier operators, it is unlawful for senders to use the Flickpost delivery network to post any of the following items, whether consisting or containing of:

Jewellery, gold, antiques and precious stones

Live plants

Drugs, narcotics and paraphernalia

Firearms, weaponry, parts or ammunition (including toys and counterfeits)

Human parts or remains (including cremated ashes)

Animals (including insects, eggs, larva, birds and ivory)

Cash, coins, bullions, credit cards and bearer negotiable Instruments such as traveller’s cheque

Counterfeit and pirated goods (including CDs, VCDs and DVDs)

Pornographic and obscene materials

Articles which may endanger health, safety and the environment

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

  • Original and photocopies of official documents (such as identity cards, passports, birth certificates etc.) are shipped at the sender’s own risk. Flickpost shall not be liable for the loss and/or damage of these documents at any time.
  • If the declaration of an item is deemed incomplete, false, dubious, or contradictory to the actual item, Flickpost shall not be accountable for any subsequent fines or charges which may be incurred by the sender as a result of the false declaration.
  • Flickpost will not be held responsible for any claims in damages or shipment delays if a parcel is deferred, detained, withheld, returned to the sender, or was not processed because it contained any prohibited items. In this case, any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
