Delays in International Services (Economy Semi-Tracked, Economy Tracked, Economy Plus & Express)
Due to strict border controls and restrictions on international travel, most airlines have drastically reduce the number of flights, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency out from Kuala Lumpur to all international destinations.
We seek your kind understanding in this matter, as we know that many clients have entrusted us with international deliveries to their buyers overseas or loved ones. We continue to work with our global affiliates from airlines and postal partners to ensure that your shipments reach the intended addressees as soon as possible.
Delays in Domestic Inter-State Delivery Services
We’re experiencing delivery delays of up to 3 working days. With the Movement Control Order now extended till 9th June, we’re seeing a significant surge in parcel volumes leading to delivery delays which in some rare occasions may take more than 3 working days due to unforeseen circumstances.
Adapting Our Processes to the New Norm
In line with public health advisories on social distancing, we will only be accepting contactless payment through iPay88, PayPal or bank transfer. Our team will also adhere to the 6-feet social distancing guidelines during parcel collection or delivery. Hence, we would like to ask for your kind cooperation to ensure your parcels are properly labelled and ready for a swift and smooth collection process.
