Shipping any Dangerous Goods as defined by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and Civil Aviation Act 1969 (Act 3) under the Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), including any amendments, updates or supplements that may be issued from time to time are strictly prohibited. Flickpost reserves the right to take necessary actions to dispose, destroy or detain any such items as permitted under the laws or directed by the relevant authorities.
At any time, Flickpost reserves the right to refuse shipping of items which are prohibited by law, as well as any items that could potentially pose a risk to health, safety, property or the environment. This is subject to the sole and absolute discretion of Flickpost.
Flickpost will not be liable for any claims in damages or shipment delays should the parcel be deferred, detained, withheld, returned to the sender, or was not processed because it contained any dangerous goods. Should this occur, any shipping fees paid would be non-refundable.
